Using a combination of 10 different oils, I guide you through journey of relaxation, invigoration, and emotional balance.

    The Process-

    I start your session with the grounding and calming properties of Frankincense and Lavender oils. These oils help you unwind, release tension, and set a tranquil tone for the massage.

    As we transition into the heart of the massage, I introduce Peppermint and Eucalyptus oils to invigorate and cool your muscles, providing pain relief and enhance your breathing. Rosemary oil is then added to stimulate circulation and further alleviate muscle aches.

    To promote emotional balance and comfort, I incorporate the mood enhancing and stress-reducing properties of Ylang Ylang and Chamomile oils. These deepen your relaxation and help you feel harmonized.

Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to have a few moments to relax before your session begins.

Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change out of. You will be provided with a private area to undress to your comfort level. Draping is always used to ensure your privacy and comfort.
